    Defensive Factory:
    Coach Fahey,
Any interest or could you recommend someone who
would give a one hour analysis of a boys 12u
Lacrosse game from a defensive perspective?
I could send a hudl reel of all opposing team offensive sets.
Or assign you as a coach so you could use all the hudl sorts

We don’t have a dedicated DC on our squad and figured
we raise the bar for the boys with a professional opinion.

My son is a middie and plays on man down and has attended FOF camp.
He had an awesome time and we really enjoyed meeting FOF Coaches.

The D parents asked me to find some help so FOF was my first choice.

    We’re also in NorCal.

    Coach,

    Just a few quesitions:

    1) Is the HIIT workout done as a group or individually?
2)Is the game film review using film of the player or just pro and college film to break down situations?
3)What do the one on one sessions involve?

    Thank you,
    Tim Bailey
